Mobile phone policy

Working closely with parents/ carers and schools

We work closely with parents/ carers, and the student's host school, to make sure we make a positive difference in the lives of all of our students. A couple of our basic rules to help with the learning environment is:

• Students are not allowed mobile phones on site

• All students are required to wear the Pledge2learn uniform 

If a student is attending on a short term from their host school they may simply wear their school uniform.

• NO student phones 

We understand that mobile phones play a big part in modern life, however we have also found that they can be detrimental to an otherwise calm and structured learning environment.  We have a firm policy on mobile phone use to help maintain a learning environment free from distraction.  We are pleased of the support that our students, and their parents/carers have given to this policy and the difference that it is making at Pledge2Learn.
