VICE CHAIR OF THE ADVISORY BOARD


Board member responsible for: 


Having worked for 25 years in the Education sector as an English teacher and as a senior leader, Alison has recently retired from the profession. Nonetheless, Alison is keen to remain updated regarding current developments in the world of education. As a former Vice Principal at a local secondary school, Alison was heavily involved with the strategic running of the school whilst maintaining daily teaching contact with the students in her care. 


Alison remains passionate about helping to maximise the life chances of students and especially those requiring additional support during their educational journeys. Alison is excited to have joined the Pledge2Learn team as an advisory board member. 


On a personal level. Alison’s six grandchildren keep her busy as well as her keen interests in both amateur dramatics and rambling.
