Partnering with Parent and Carers

Parents and carers play a crucial role in their child's learning and developmental journey which is why we work hard to involve them.

Following each referral, parents/carers and their child are invited to attend the school to view our site and speak with some of the Team. After the young person starts their learning journey at Pledge2Learn, the parents/ carers and other professionals, as appropriate, are invited to attend meetings and regular reviews. Pledge2Learn will send weekly updates to parents/ carers to keep them up to date with progress and achievements. 

Working with Professionals

Pledge2Learn is based at Bottesford Town Football Club, where we deliver quality services to our students.   

We work closely with other key professionals to provide early help to the Child/Family and promote the welfare of young people. These professionals are encouraged to visit young people on site to continue their work with our students.

Pledge2Learn will share successes and challenges with the young person’s school/ local authority education lead to enable them to support the young person's individual education plan around their academic and social, emotional wellbeing.
