At Pledge2Learn all staff have an enhanced DBS with children barred check completed and attend regular continuous professional updates to develop skills and awareness to keep children safe including Advanced Practitioner training in child sexual exploitation awareness through the NWG Network.

If you are concerned that a child is being abused or they may be at risk of harm, or if you are worried that a child is at risk of criminal of sexual exploitation, it is important that a referral to children’s social care (and if appropriate the police) is made immediately.
