Emma

Emma, BA English & History (Hons)

DEPUTY HEAD of SCHOOL

Emma graduated with a first-class honours degree in English and History through the University of Lincoln, whilst studying and working at Pledge2Learn full time on the senior leadership team. Being passionate about education, Emma understands that mainstream education doesn’t always provide the support that some students need. Emma has strong organisational skills which is vital for her role as a communicator and coordinator, managing all the school's communications with all stakeholders including partner schools, Academies, the Local Authority, and with those from Health and Public sectors.

As well as being a school leader, Emma also enjoys running 1:1 sessions with students in the kitchen developing their cooking and communication skills. Emma loves to be a part of their success when they have created a variety of new dishes… and even getting to try them! When Emma is not at work she enjoys going to concerts for all types of music, is an avid reader, and enjoys baking new recipes.
