To be considered for the role of Learning Facilitator you will have:
5 or more good GCSE grades with GCSE Grade C/4 in English and Mathematics or equivalent
Experience of working with young people in a school/ learning environment possibly as a HLTA
Have a patient and understanding nature with experience of behaviour management
Excellent communication skills
A sense of humour
The core hours are 9.30am - 2.30pm term-time
Flexible responses may be needed to unplanned events and crises

Pledge2Learn are seeking a qualified and experienced teacher who understands and can model our values and vision. This teacher will work with the Lead Teacher and the Director for Teaching & Learning to deliver high-quality teaching and nurture interventions for some of the most vulnerable students in North Lincolnshire.
